I have to cancel my Spectrum (Internet) service next month and I want to make sure before I send the bill for the next billing cycle.
In my account, it says "Your next automatic payment will be on June 26, 2020."
Does this mean I can call and cancel any day before the 26th of each month? For example, July 20 will work, etc.?
Is there a way to cancel an online account? Or just by phone?
p.s These questions try to ask the spectrum representative but the waiting time is 60 minutes.
Update 1: Actually, it seems that the automatic payment, date, and billing period are different. The reason for the invoice is "Service from 06/09/20 to 07/08/20".

Why is there no option to cancel your services online? I had to make an appointment to go to a store using the "Billing Question" option (I don't call and fall into this trap and maybe pay a month more because there is no reason) ... I am literally finishing my work. Services on the last day of my billing cycle. Why was there no option to choose to cancel in the appointment list?
